Le feuilleton de l'été a pris fin hier. Désespoir, courage, méchants, gentils, traîtres et adversité : tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour ce "Retour d'Alex en Centre de Rétention Administrative" ! On s'est retrouvé avec beaucoup de chaleur, ému l'un et l'autre. Il est arrivé là directement après avoir purgé une peine de prison à Brest et n'avait qu'une hâte, retrouver enfin sa liberté. En attendant il est devenu la mascotte du CRA, réconfortant les autres retenu-e-s et se mettant les gendarmes dans la poche. Un bon gars Alex, doux, gentil, bon esprit...
Il était libérable hier. Devinez qui était là pour l'attendre avec nous ? La Police de l'Air et des Frontières, qui l'a embarqué illico. Comparution immédiate dans l'après-midi, et là j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un film : Alex derrière une vitre, la cour en robes, la substitut du procureur qui s'agite derrière son pupitre et dit du mal d'Alex et le verdict qui tombe : COUPABLE de dissimulation d'indentité. C'est couramment un mois de peine, mais Alex a pris deux mois ! Cela va nous laisser le temps de demander des permis de visite...
